the Question:
It's Thanksgiving Day in the U.S. so we want to know what you are Thankful for - blogging related of course! Who has helped you out along the way? What books are you thankful for reading?
So this is my very first "Follow Friday" post and I hope everyone enjoys my responses. As you all can see it is Thanksgiving to our fellow U.S. bloggers and book lovers, and they'd all like to know what we're thankful for along the lines of blogging!
For the people I'd like to thank who helped me along the way of getting my blog up and running, those people I am truly thankful for, and love for the support.
Natalie @ Browsing Bookshelves: she was the first person who introduced me to the entire book blogging world! She had started her own and I quickly followed suit because I thought it was an absolutely brillant idea! She has given me some great advice for postings, and for the outline and look of my blog and I think it has been a great help and most of the success is due to her.
Kristi @ the Story Siren: Natalie (above) had introduced me to my very first meme hosted by Kristi the Story Siren. It is a great way to get to know what other books have been out and about for review and reading by other bloggers. She has a fantastic blog, well organized, and very very unique in how she reviews and interacts with her followers! I hope one day my blog will be almost as popular as hers, lol!
Missie @ the Unread Reader: who host my absolute favourite weekly meme! My Book Boyfriend, who has generated most if not all of my followers, has really given me a creative output for my obsession with my love and crushes of fictional characters! And of course all the other participants, knowing you all have the same obsession I do is reassuring I am not totally crazy! lol.
the Followers: OF COURSE! All of you who have supported through your comments, and constant support have my deepest thanks! I could not have done any of my meme's or reviews without you (or your comments). I would have given up long ago if you all didn't have such honest and nice things to say about many of my postings! They make me all warm and fuzzy inside when I receive emails telling me you've all left me a little present - so I thank you!
the Books I'm thankful for:
- Outlander by Diana Gabaldon
- Divergent by Veronica Roth
- Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick
- City of Bones by Cassandra Clare
- The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
- Pride & Prejudice by Jane Austen
I hope you all enjoyed my first "Follow Friday" & I'm curious what are you all thankful for - book & blogger wise?
Loved your choice of books, only Divergent I haven't read before. :)

Thank you ALL for dropping by adding your link and saying hello :) It has made me feel very connected with the world once again after a very long week of writing papers! lol. I will definitely get around to the links you've all left me :) And I would just like to say Happy Thanksgiving to any of my American followers and that your weekend is filled with family, love and happiness!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree with anyone who said it was hard to narrow down my list of books I am thankful for ... I think my original list had about 20 books on it lol That was too much! And I must agree that the Hunger Games had definitely opened my eye's to an entirely different world of reading and I haven't stopped since! lol
Happy first Follow Friday! :)
